1 Introduction

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual user is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the exbet platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5 Betting Rules & Game Terms

All bets placed on the exbet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport, as published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products on exbet.

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is confirmed and binding only when exbet issues an on-screen confirmation of the bet. In the event of a technical malfunction that prevents confirmation from being issued, the relevant bet shall be void and any staked amount returned to the user's account balance.

5.2 Bet Cancellation

5.4 Live Betting

In-play and live betting markets on exbet may be suspended at any time, including during a delay, incident, or technical interruption to the relevant event. exbet will not be responsible for any delay in suspending a market where the delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

exbet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms or illegal conduct), exbet reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance in the account, including both deposited funds and bonus funds.
